From February 2023 onward, the French National Institute of Public Service
(INSP) (ex-ENA) will implement, together with its academic European partners,
a cooperation project funded by the European Commission aiming for the
modernisation of the public service in Albania.
The objective of the project is to contribute to the sustainable development of a professional, efficient, and transparent public administration in Albania, through
the development and implementation of a traineeship programme dedicated to
young Albanian civil servants.
