Overall Objective
Improve the governance and oversight of budget planning and implementation by strengthening the capacities of Civil Society.

Summary of the Project
Grant to a consortium led by the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) to support activities to improve budget accountability and budget transparency at both national and local level. This includes capacity building of civil society organisations and journalists, and support to public entities to improve budget transparency.
