Overall Objective
- Strengthen forest governance and align Albanian legislation with EU standards.
- Initiate and consolidate reforestation and afforestation activities.
- Establish national and local forest nurseries managed by NFA.
- Improve technical capacities for sustainable forest management and wildfire prevention.

Activity 1.1 Assessment of the current level of transposition and implementation of EU forest legislation
